Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) for Inventor Mechanical Design Training

The Autodesk® Certified Professional (ACP) is designed for professionals and students who want to advance beyond the Autodesk Certified User. This credential is for those who possess more advanced skills and can solve complex challenges in workflow and design.

ACP is the logical credential for advanced and professional Autodesk software users who possess at least 400 hours of real-world Autodesk software experience. Certification at the Professional level demonstrates a skill set that ensures certified individuals stand out as they pursue career advancement. Becoming an Autodesk Certified Professional can lead to accelerated career development, improved productivity, and enhanced credibility.

An Autodesk Inventor Certified User certification demonstrates entry-level knowledge that includes creating, modifying, formatting, and sharing 2D sketches, creating parts, viewing, and animating assemblies, creating presentations and drawings, etc

Certification

  • Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech - Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Infotech.

  • OpenCerts from SkillsFuture Singapore - After passing the assessment(s) and achieving at least 75% attendance, participants will receive a OpenCert (aka Statement of Achievement) from SkillsFuture Singapore, certifying that they have achieved the Competency Standard(s) in the above Skills Framework.

          Topic 3: Advanced part modeling

          Describe the characteristics of models that fulfill design intent

          Topic 4: Sheet metal and Assembly modeling

          Use the Sheet Metal environment to create features.

          Modify the Bill of Materials in the BOM Editor

          Import, link, and export files or point clouds

          Describe and use simplify.

          Optimize component relationships in an assembly

          Create and manage representations

          Restructure components and views in the browser

          Understand the key workflows for large assembly management

          Topic 5: Weldments

          Create models and deliverables in the Weldment environment

          Topic 6: Deliverables

          Use breakout and overlay views, and GD&T to create 2D documentation

          Generate files and views for collaboration and digital fabrication

          Topic 7: Design automation techniques

          Simplify workflow by using iParts, iFeatures, iMates, and iAssemblies

          Use Frame Generator to create and edit frames

          Describe the benefits of using Design Accelerators to create bolted connections

          Jyoti Chopra: Jyoti Chopra is ACLP trainer. She has professional experience in teaching Autocad, 3DsMax and Revit in a recognized teaching institute. She has been a AutoCad teacher with 4 years of experience in teaching designing principles and introducing students to designing softwares. She has experience as Architectural Designer performing design, simulation and drafting of various residential and landscape projects in Singapore. Her skillsets are AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max. Adobe Photoshop and Furniture Design, Graphics, Sketching and 2D/3D Simulation. She is also Autodesk Certified Professional (Autocad).

          Bernard Chan: Bernard Chan is a ACTA certified trainer. Bernard Chen have been using the Autodesk software are more than 20 years since its launch. He works in reseller software company for 20 years, his responsibility was to provide support to the AEC industry (customer from Architecture, Engineering and Construction company). He train them how to use the software they purchase (Autodesk Revit (3 discipline), AutoCAD and Navisworks). Support them when they have issue with the product. He also needs to follow the salesman to promote and demo the software to client, webinar and presentation. Currently working as an adjunct trainer in BCA Academy, also Authorised training centre training adult learner, customise course to suit individual / company needs.

          Shahul Maricar: Shahul Maricar is a certified trainer. Shahul H. Maricar has been a content developer and webmaster, building educational websites and applications with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. He then served as an IT analyst, writing programs for automating custom workflows as well as data extraction and analysis in the healthcare field.

          He is currently a freelance educator and is actively involved with development projects in game programming, computer-aided design and computer graphics.
