Instructional Design

Our Instructional Design Courses are tailored to equip educators, corporate trainers, and e-learning professionals with the skills required to design effective and engaging learning experiences. These courses cover a wide spectrum of topics including learning theories, curriculum development, educational technology, and assessment design.

The first part of the course emphasizes the foundational principles of instructional design, exploring theories of learning and instruction, and how these can be applied to create meaningful educational content. Participants will learn to analyze learner needs, set instructional goals, and choose the appropriate delivery methods. The second part focuses on the practical aspects of instructional design, including the use of digital tools and platforms for e-learning, strategies for engaging diverse learners, and techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials. By the end of the course, attendees will be proficient in developing courses that are both pedagogically sound and technologically advanced, preparing them for the dynamic field of instructional design.

WSQ: Company and Singaporeans/PR can apply WSQ 70-90% funding depending on eligibility
SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) - Eligible Singapore-registered companies can tap on $10000 SFEC to cover up to 90% of out-of-pocket expense
SkillsFuture Credit: All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.
IBF-STS Companies and Singaporeans/PR can apply IBF-STS 70-90% funding depending on eligibility
UTAP: NTUC members enjoy 50% subsidy for unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP
PSEA: Individual can pay using using their Post Secondary Education Account
